What is the job about

Develops, configures, tests and updates applications at back end and front end level according to customer requests that are used globally.

Develops scripts / software programs that help extend security solutions or recurring activities according to customer requirements, including creating or modifying scripts / software to solve problems of developed applications.

Proposes/recommends and permanently implements new software functionalities using databases and Web development technologies in order to align to the latest programming standards/procedures in the IT field and provides support for solving problems/defects of projects at high standards of quality and efficiency.

Follows changes in the technological environment, applies Group Technology standards and develops new technologies/updates in the operational, architectural and security environment.

Understands business requirements, translates them into technical requirements applicable to existing IT solutions and applies necessary correction activities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, use, adapt, configure, test and update applications at the request of customers that are used globally.
Develops and coordinates the development of scripts / software programs that help extend security solutions or recurring activities according to customer requirements, including creating or modifying scripts / software to solve problems of developed applications.
Participates in the improvement / change of specific development tools;
Identifies and solves defects and errors in software development programs;
Ensures the application and compliance with company policies and standards for systems under testing;
It provides support for external audits and supports global project initiatives such as SOX, PCI and ISO certifications, helping to standardize operational processes.
Automates manual activities, through program development, to optimize and continuously improve Vulnerability & Patching or UAM processes
Development of specific reports (regarding users, privileges) used by multiple teams, by processing information from Data Warehouse using Oracle SQL, Shell scripting, Python.
