What is the job about
Relative to an Active Directory project migration, we are looking for a subject matter expert that would be responsible of understand the existing application landscape for a defined scope and evaluate the impacts of the active directory migration.

Key Responsibilities
- Build application documentation
- Application remediation following AD migration
- User/Service accounts and application dependencies
- GPO and Security audit knowledge
- Working knowledge of supporting tools; SNOW, CyberArk, VPN.
- Experienced with vendor supported applications
- Preparation and audit of application runbooks including handover
- Proceed with technical changes required by the project following change management process.
- Assist local IT Teams in the countries with technical issues related to solutions deployment.
- Hand over the technical knowledge acquired during the project to the service support provider and/or the operations team.

- Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to new solutions
- A structured and logical approach; able to handle multiple tasks, think and plan ahead and build in contingencies.
- Ability to manage efficiently crisis situations.
- Good knowledge of ITIL Service Management processes
- Experience in Active Directory, servers, OS, Applications, Security & Authentication are required.
- Experience in managing IT services, platforms in an international context within a Global company.
- Significant experience in Identity and Access Management IT domain.
